The production base covers an area of ​​30,000 square meters, and introduces German fully automatic injection molding machines and intelligent cutting systems, which increases production efficiency by 50%. At the same time, the company has added 90 new jobs, 30% of which are local skilled workers, injecting new vitality into regional economic development.

“Expansion is not only a scale expansion, but also a quality upgrade.” Liu Minghao introduced that the new factory strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system.

And each pair of shoes must go through 12 quality inspection processes before leaving the factory. In addition, the company has also cooperated with Shandong University of Science and Technology to establish a research and development center, focusing on lightweight protective materials and smart wearable technology.
