1. Packaging: Generally, our packaging is in a shoe box. 1 pair of shoes comes with 1 shoe box. If you need a transparent plastic bag as shown in the picture, please leave us a message. 2. Transportation: Express delivery or private logistics. If you have a freight forwarder in China, please ensure that you provide us with your shipping label/tag and the address information of your Chinese freight forwarder before making payment.

1.  Can I have my own logo printed on your products?


Definitely. We support logo customization with a minimum customization quantity of 500 pairs.

2. Are these safety shoes CE certified? Do they meet other intemational safety standards?


Yes, Our safety shoes are CE certified, complying with the latest EU PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) regulations (EN ISO 20345 standard for safety footwear). Besides, they also meet the basic requirements of ASTM F2413 (US standard)and GB 21148-2020(Chinese standard),which can adapt to different market access needs.

3. What is the production lead time for orders?


For standard products(without customization),the lead time is 10-15 working days.  For customized orders(logo/color), it takes 25-35 working days. For large orders(more than 1000 pairs), the lead time will be adjusted according to the production schedule, we will confirm the specific delivery date with you in advance.
